         "Last season I had two big goals, London Marathon and the completion of my first 70.3 IM. Knowing that both of these challenges were something I was able to complete I wanted some guidance in my training to help me be as prepared as possible and achieve the best possible result. I started to use Tom in January 2017. The only way for me to fit my training around work and two young children was to go for the online training option. This was great for me. Every week Tom sent me a new plan for the week. This was tailored to fit around my schedule and what I was able to fit in every day. The training plans were very thought through and varied and every week pushed me further. This gave me a new focus to my training I haven't had before. Tom took onboard my weekly feedback and provided excellent support in the background. Tom also helped me to understand the best way to fuel for a race (for me) and made sure I was used to what to do before the race. I completed London marathon in April 2017 and smashed my PB with 15 minutes! I did Staffordshire 70.3 IM in June (hottest day of the year). This was an amazing day. I loved every second of the race. I felt so strong all the way thanks to all my training and getting the fuelling right. I finished the race beyond my expectations and I even my bagged myself a 7th place in the ladies 35-39 age group (28th woman overall). A completed a few more races and at the end of the season I finished second in my age group at Stockholm triathlon. Thanks Tom for all your help last season. I certainly could not have achieved these results without your support and training plans! "
